"I would describe this property as small but perfectly formed. Very good use of space and design in a very small room. It was ideal for me as a solo traveler and has all the facilities you’d need for a short break, 3 nights in my case. I think a couple would be fine, but you might need to be a bit inventive to both fit onto the small balcony. The location is excellent and certainly makes up for the problem I have mentioned below"

"The only negative about the property is the 121 steps up to it. On my arrival I was met by the host who carried my case up for me. My method to help with this problem was to plan my day away as a full one and only return at the end of the day which worked very well! If you know in advance about the stairs then it doesn’t represent such a problem."

"I stayed in this apartment for 5 nights and was very satisfied🤩 The apartment is very compact, yet very comfortable. It’s a perfect option for solo travelers, but I think it would also suit couples. The location is ideal — all the main sights are within walking distance and the metro is very close by😊👍🏻 Overall, I was left with only positive impressions! The hosts are very pleasant, stayed in touch, and were open to any questions or requests. But I didn’t have any problems or questions, so I didn’t need to reach out. I hope to come back here more than once☺️"

"Location, location, location. It is all you can ask for if you are a single traveler. Only a stone throw away from L’Arc de Triomphe and very close to the subways. The mini kitchen and washing machine are also nice things to have. The hosts are super nice people and allowed me to stay a few more hours after checkout to make my trip easier for time management. Will definitely recommend this place!"

"Not much to complain with such a reasonable price. Only two things need to notice are there is no elevator and the toilet is not in the apartment but in the same floor. Those two are already mentioned in the description and totally acceptable, at least for me."

"Located on a nice quiet side street just off the Champs-Élysées, the apartment is a perfect home base to explore Paris. The well connected Charles de Gaulle - Etoile Metro/RER Station is only a short walk and will get you to nearly every major attraction. The apartment is modern and clean with excellent WiFi and a functional little kitchenette. Lastly, let's not forget that the hosts are very helpful, providing quick responses to messages."

"Good location! The area is safe and I had no problem walking out alone at night with a woman. The room was clean and very comfortable. The facilities were adequate. I used a hair dryer and heater at the same time and the breaker tripped, which caused a panic, but the owner came to the room immediately and took care of it. The owner was also in frequent contact with us, which was very reassuring. When the owner couldn't handle it, the mother came to help. They were really kind people!"

"O Yvan é um cara muito incrível, a todo momento sendo atencioso. A Localização realmente é o melhor lugar para se hospedar em Paris, metrô ao lado, lojas farmácia, tem a Monoprix próximo que vende todos Os tipos de alimentos congelados. "Понравилось всё! Было чисто, уютно, красиво. Эти апартаменты - прекрасный вариант, если вы хотите пожить в аутентичном парижском доме, с красивым фойе, винтовой лестницей и потрясающим видом из окна. Во время всего пребывания было очень тихо - как в доме, так и на улице, не смотря на близость Елисейских полей! Хозяин Ivan был очень вежлив и пунктуален, он помог мне донести багаж на самый верх и при отъезде - спустил вниз! А ещё был всегда на связи и помогал с возникшими вопросами. Я бы непременно хотела вернуться вновь!"
